On September 12, 2024, Mr. Robert A. Raines presented his credentials to Mr. Rashid Abdulla Al Qaseer, Deputy Director of Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Dubai Office to officially assume the duties of Consul General of the United States of America to Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
