Expedited Business Visa Support for Members

Through BVAP, employees of AmCham Dubai member companies who have an urgent, verifiable business need to travel to the United States may request an expedited visa appointment.

How the BVAP Process Works

Schedule a Regular Visa Appointment

You must first schedule a regular visa appointment in the system before submitting an expedited appointment request.

Important Notes

If your expedited request is approved, you will receive an email notification from the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

  • The completed BVAP letter
  • Supporting documentation
  • Explanation of your urgent business need
  • If Your Request is Approved:
    • Log into your visa profile
    • Click “Schedule Emergency Appointment”
    • Select the provided date/time or accept the assigned slot
    • Do not change the assigned appointment time
  • If denied, keep your original appointment.Email notifications will come from: do-not-reply@usvisascheduling.com (Be sure to check your junk/spam folder.)
  • Approval is time-sensitive. If you do not act within the approval window, you will not be able to resubmit a new request.

New U.S. Visa Appointment System

As of May 30, 2025, the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the U.S. Consulate General in Dubai transitioned to a new visa appointment contractor. Visa applicants can now:

  • Access visa information
  • Pay visa fees
  • Schedule or reschedule appointments
  • Enroll in document delivery services
