Board of Directors

The Chairman supervises the affairs of the Council presides over all meetings of the Board and is responsible for implementing all decisions of the Board of Directors.

The Vice Chairman performs duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chairman or the Board of Directors and presides over Board meetings in the absence of the Chairman.

The Director Programs is responsible for overseeing the Council’s programs, meetings, and events as well as developing and ensuring the success of new program initiatives.

The Director Membership is responsible for overseeing membership maintenance, new member development, and the addition of related membership services and benefits.

The Director Financial Affairs & Treasurer is responsible for overseeing all financial receipts, disbursements, accounts, financial records and reports.

The Director Legal Affairs & Secretary is responsible for overseeing all official documents and records of the Council and all relationships with legal counsel or legal consultants.

The Board sets policies reflecting the objectives of the Council and takes decisions on matters affecting the membership.

The Council maintains a permanent seat for the Council's Managing Director. This is a non-voting position as the role is compensated by the organization. The Managing Director acts as an important liaison between the Council and all internal and external stakeholders.
