I’m running for this elections to continue delivering our strategy of enabling American businesses engaging, networking and advocacy within the UAE and beyond, and continue our action plans that focuses on:
- Maximizing our members' benefits of their participation in the committees and general activities of AmCham across sectors.
- Effectively participate in the policy making process in the very dynamic region that we are in with best in class private public partnership that enables more development and enhancing of robust business atmosphere.
- Leverage the AmCham Network and beyond (e.g. MENA) for our members engaging and networking opportunities that drives meaningful results and impact.
ABOUT
Mohamed is P&G’s Public Policy Regional Director for Middle East, the Chairman of UAE’s Circular Packaging Association, and AmCham Dubai board member, He is an experienced, results oriented and highly influential senior leader with 17 years of experience in public policy, corporate affairs, supply chain, and human resources across Middle East, Africa and Indian subcontinent region.
El-Dabaa previously led P&G’s Feed Stocks/RPM supply chains in Middle East and Africa, and P&G’s talent acquisition and development, he possesses expertise in advocacy, fiscal & taxes policies, data privacy, international trade, environmental sustainability, corporate communications, market access, global supply chain design and management, strategic sourcing, influential public speaking & storytelling, and organization development.
He was elected to the board of UAE Circular Packaging association in Oct. 2022, the first industry coalition focusing on circular economy for packaging materials in the GCC, then he was elected as the Chairman of the board in Jan 2025, he also co-founded Saudi national packaging circular committee under Saudi Federation of Chambers, Eldabaa also serves on the AmCham Dubai Board as an elected member since Dec. 2022.
